Batam, 28 March 2023 — Michelle Meily William, a Management student, has registered her copyright work titled “A System Dynamics Model of Employee Turnover Intention” with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The work was originally a final project for her undergraduate education. In her work, Michelle believes that high employee turnover can have negative implications for both the company and its employees. This includes a negative impact on the company’s image and employee perceptions due to high job transfer intensity. Michelle’s dynamic model predicts various probabilities to help alleviate these issues.
